Development
We put together, appoint and coordinate the team of professionals responsible for execution of your project. 
Coordination
We coordinate and monitor all statutory requirement processes – including any township or rezoning approvals. We also handle all service level agreements, environmental applications and permits as well as planning submissions.
Preparation
We prepare a development programme and monitor throughout, ensuring milestones are achieved.
Controlling
We prepare a project feasibility and manage all costs – providing a monthly cost report and project update.
Compliancy
Our professional team checks and approves all designs and working drawings to ensure compliancy with your requirements and cost parameters.
Approval
We check and approve all tender document specifications, bill and quantities.
Evaluation
We handle tender evaluations, negotiations and contract awards.
Managing
We act as your principal agent and manage the project to ensure total adherence to budget, quality, timings and scope.
Administering
We chair and take minutes of all meetings with the professional team and contractors.
Adjudication
We adjudicate all contract variations.
Handover
We manage the final handover process which includes obtaining completion certificates, occupation certificates and handover manuals.
Approval
We prepare and approve all final payment claims and issue the final completion certificate for the project. 


HOW WE WORK

We work according to the requirements of the South African Council for the Project and Construction Project Manager Professions. Our scope of services is implemented via a robust, managed 6-stage process:

Stage 1
Project Initiation and Briefing
From gaining an inside-out understanding of your project to getting to grips with your objectives -  from defining deliverables to scoping the way forward – we lay the foundations for your project.
Stage 2
Concept and Feasibility
Identifying viable options, understanding risks, testing and measuring of ideas in a controlled environment – to ensure functionality and a financially-viable project.
Stage 3
Design Development
Planning the project out and drilling down to detail – developing a design concept on which tenders will be based.
Stage 4
Tender Documentation and Procurement
Including checking and approval of all documents.
Stage 5
Construction Documentation and Management
The management and administration of the construction contracts and processes, including the preparation and co-ordination of the necessary documentation to facilitate effective execution of the works.
Stage 6
Project Close Out
We assess the project, ensure final completion, derive lessons learned and identify best-practices for future projects.
